We have decided to make available the navigation charts division of our
company.

Currently this is a good part time business for someone wanting to supplement
their income with something to do with aviation.  It also has the potential
to expand greatly for anyone wishing to put in the time to do so.

We are making eCharts available simply because the Bookstore core of our
business has just gotten too busy to allow us the time to give eCharts the
attention it deserves.

Transfer of eCharts will include a current subscription base, inventory, the
working web site, the name eCharts, and assorted other supplies and
administrative transfers.
