While I have no idea if the rodent ultrasonic devices work, I do think you have an alternative...apparently made especially for birds. In the underground parking garage of Presby Hospital in Dallas they have these little 5" square boxes that emit a chirp, probably simulating a bird of prey. The chirp about once every 30 seconds or so. They do seem to work, as there is certainly no bird problem in there. Without them I would imagine a big problem would be occurring, due to the underground parking being a relief from this wonderful Texas weather. (any port in a storm ;) I tried but I could not see any tag on them on who makes them, but it is something you might consider looking up. If worse comes to worse I guess you could possibly call maintenance for the parking garage and ask them who is mfg.
