You might want to check to see if this is what you received with your kit. The tubing however thins quite a bit at the flair, thinning the wall considerably and lowering the working pressure. An easy solution for this is to use .049 wall tubing instead. You might also be over flaring or over tightening the joints causing them to thin and fail. Just a thought.....Scott -----Original Message----- From: colmar [mailto:jones@colmar.demon.nl] Sent: Thursday, July 19, 2001 3:41 PM To: sky2high@hotmail.com; lancair.list@olsusa.com Cc: Sky2high@aol.com Subject: Re:LNC2 Hydraulic System Experience - Considerations for Leg <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<--->>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> << Lancair Builders' Mail List >> <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<--->>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >> Commiseration on all your hydraulics problems. I can empathise because I went through a completely different set - but equally frustrating -set of hydraulics problems! Mainly involving leaking, or bursting, flared joints. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LML website: http://www.olsusa.com/mkaye/maillist.html LML Builders' Bookstore: http://www.buildersbooks.com/lancair Please send your photos and drawings to marvkaye@olsusa.com. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
