for $50 per square/foot you get 28% Light Transmission (LT)
(good at night) 50% Emissivity (EMIS) (blocks most heat) but
for $7-$12 per square/foot you can get 28% LT and 43% EMIS (blocks
a little less heat) or 45% LT and 51% EMIS (alittle darker tint)

if the FARs will let us do a mirror finish we can do
15% LT and 71% EMIS!! (will they?)
