Maintaining a given EGT reference, say 50 LOP, you're likely to burn then same as you would about 2-3k ft lower, but go faster as well. Lycoming probably assumes very poor ram air effect on their charts, as all certified aircraft with IO-360/320's don't go faster than 140 ktas.
