The 360 engine you are referencing is a very rare.  It may be worth your
while to go look at a kit for the 200HP angle valve motor I have recently
put together.  It will be on display in the fly market section, booth 819.
This will give you a solid idea on what it   would cost make this change.
And it may open the door to some other options for you.  If you will not be
