Hi List:

Working on the instrument panel and just noted that there are no specific instructiuons in the 235 building manual on the construction of the glareshield.  I was planning on a 1/8" foam with 1 bid/side with embedded hard points for attach screws (making it removable). Then covering the rear edge with a piece of temperfoam and covering it with some black vinyl (or sim cowhide).  Is the glareshield structural (holding the top of the panel) and need to be stronger than 1 bid/side?
Or does anyone have any other technique they used?

Thanks in advance...-Ed Sikora
