I was planning on a 1/8" foam with 1 bid/side with embedded hard points for attach screws (making it removable). Then covering the rear edge with a piece of temperfoam and covering it with some black vinyl (or sim cowhide). Is the glareshield structural (holding the top of the panel) and need to be stronger than 1 bid/side? Or does anyone have any other technique they used? Thanks in advance...-Ed Sikora LC235 Merritt Island, Florida planeman23@hotmail.com >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LML website: http://www.olsusa.com/mkaye/maillist.html LML Builders' Bookstore: http://www.buildersbooks.com/lancair Please send your photos and drawings to marvkaye@olsusa.com. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
