We'll, I'm not a Legacy builder, but I'm in Ft. Worth at FWS.  I take
delivery of my ES late in August.

I'm not sure how good an ES builder would be as a partner for a Legacy
builder.  From the sounds of Rick's post, your brother will have his Legacy
done before I have my ES uncrated.
