If it is the B1E parallel valve 180 Hp derivative, then I would NOT, repeat, NOT operate it past 180 Hp, and under no circumstances past 200 Hp and I would not use Slick Mags with it. I probably have more recent instrumented engine test cell time with this engine than any person alive. There are crank shaft torsional vibration issues if you try to push the horsepower a whole lot higher than the rated 180 Hp.
