Vic, regarding putting a 200 hp IO-360 in you may want to reconsider.  If
it's the 'A' model, the heads are larger and reportedly won't fit under the
existing cowlings.  I know my -B1F is tight.  When you blister the cowlings
to allow the fit, you add drag and you may have seen the recent discussions
of hp vs. drag.  Someone concluded that 20 hp gets you 7.8 knots going from
160 to 180 hp.  You'll get less improvement going from 180 to 200.  But
that's if you don't add any drag.  I've heard guys be quite dissappointed
with these kinds of mods (no additional speed or worse!) due to the
necessity to add draggy blisters, more cooling, etc.  The 180 hp version is
reputed to be a fantastic engine in regards to reliability and exceeding
TBO.  If you caught my 100 hour report, you saw that you get fabulous
performance with the 180 hp model, with high altitude cruise being the only
regime where 'more is always better'.  Low altitude cruise, I'm already
crowding the top the green arc and sometimes into the yellow and so have to
pull a little power :)
