Yes, ACS does have an "import" electric art. horizon gyro in their catalog.
Their rep told me on the telephone it was made in China, and as much as said
"Don't buy it."  OK with me, as I try not to buy anything made in China
anyway.  (I may end up going shoe-less eventually.)
