Looks really good.  I used solid aluminum tubing on my intercooler as well,
joined with silicone couples.  Definitely overkill for the low boost that
I'm running.

I thought you might be interested, so I'm passing along a photo of the
connection between one of the intercoolers and the turbo on the Eagle...
given
the amount of pressure involved, solid AL tubing is preferred, and the blue
hose is braided silicone, good to about 500 degrees or so.  The gap between
solid tubes that the hose is covering is only about an inch.  It's
ridiculously expensive (I think about $22/foot) but perfect for the task.
