Ed, here's a picture of how Mike Wills did it. He used one of the adapter
plate holes but you can do it a bit differently if you need to move the
starte closer to the true 3:00 position (6:00 on plugs-up)

Seems I recall somebody on the list purchased Tracy's PSRU and
relocated
the starter position to the six O'clock position for a Plugs Up
installation. I am purchasing one of Tracy's PSRUs and need to do the
