Personal anecdote: I have flow tested Mazda 460 x4 and 680 x2 injectors. The 460s all actually flowed 520 and the 680s flowed ~750. This is at 3 bar and 100% duty cycle. Perhaps Mazda rates these at 80% DC and MSD rates theirs at 100%? Just wanted to relate my experience. I discovered this when my calculations for required flow, VE, etc., for the EFI on my car was not agreeing with observation and the logs. after flow testing and correcting for real life measurements, the physics calcs finally agreed with real life. Phew.
