- Do you have a fuel pressure sensor on both pumps, or just one?
On both. 
 
Where exactly are the pressure sensors installed?  Are they right at the carbs, or maybe right after the pump.  I guess the universal thought would be that the restriction would have to be somewhere before the pressure sensor.
 
On the subject of firesleeve, I was highly disappointed in that stuff with rev-1.  For some reason, I thought it would shield the item inside from heat, but that seems to be incorrect.  I put it on my throttle cable (several inches from the turbo), and it melted the plastic on the outside of the cable housing.  I put it on one of my motor mount tubes (maybe only an inch from the turbo), and it melted the paint off the tube.  As far as I can tell, it doesn't do a good job at all of stopping heat transfer, though it will probably buy you a couple minutes if flames are licking at the tubing, which is what it was made for.
