Would they have to sit backward in order to keep the prop behind them? :-) I hope to make a rotary gathering soon, and I also hope it is still at shady bend. Imagine how many more airplanes will be at the annual gathering >if it was at a real airport like Lakeland? :) >Bulent Hmmnnn.. seems that all the first flights lately have been those backwards planes... you know the ones that can't land at all the fun little strips where the best fly-ins are just 'cause they put the prop at the wrong end and too close to the ground. Now they want us to have a fly-in at a parking lot? :-) Due to my tech school dates I haven't yet been able to attend the round-up and probably can't this year as well, but next year it is high on my priority list and I really hope it is still at Shady Bend. I do realize that the pusher guy's would like to fly there as well, but maybe they could all meet at Cross City and all the tractor planes could make one or two ferry trips over to bring everybody in... better than the bus? Could spend a few hours there looking over installations. I realize it wouldn't be as nice as flying in but it's better than everybody camping at large airport. S.
