For an independant viewpoint you might contact Jess Meyers at Belted Air Power. They use a Warp Drive prop on the V6 powered RV6A.
Jeff Spitzer who used to be on the "other list" had some comments on the Warp Drive a few years ago. Jeff is the lead powerplant engineer for General Atomics on the Predator UAV. My recollection is that they evaluated the Warp Drive for use on Predator and found it substandard in performance as well as design (safety/durability concerns).
