Have you opened that up yet, check internally, look at all solders, in case was dropped at one time. The tools I service for GM LDT assembly have computer cards in them and will break a solder for a transfer wire if the tool gets dropped. I will just retouch solder, PM and calibrate tool and good to go back to the line for use. A good magnifying glass is needed.
