Thanks, Kelly

Watch out for those dangerous beds😁.

I do heavy weight lifting to keep the leg muscles built up but have motor nerve nerothapy which means the control part of the system is not doing as  well as it once did. Apparently I had an Uncle with the same problem (the only one which lived as long as I have), so they believe it may be genetic - so nothing to be done for it.

On the other hand, now I have an excuse not to run in the Boston Marathon.😂

Ed,
Glad you are doing OK after your "Aerobatic" maneuver..........I know what you mean about balance problems.........But I'm just a "Kid" of 81..........<:)

Best Regards,

Yeah, not too bad for 82, Charlie - thanks for asking.

Fell off the bed in early April trying to install an overhead deflector vent.  As my wife said, luckly I landed on my head (that being the hardest part).  However, it turned out my innars rushed from the stomach area to the chest when the head hit and then the butt and knees came over my head (like a deep crunch sit up) and the knee hit the floor which caused all the innard to slam back from the chest area to the lower adbomine and apparently ruptured some weak stomach muscel leaving me with a hernia  - no pain, but did notice something different about the region.  In any case, it was a hernia which I had repaired in April and am doing fine otherwise.  Also learned that my impaired balance (perhas judgement as well)  and standing on a bed do not make a good combination.😁

Good to hear the rotary Rv-7 may fly soon.  Make sure you have photos and a video if possible of that first flight.  I do miss my rotary, but am convinced I did the smart thing giving it up.  Being distracted is one thing, but not getting back to the point before the distraction is not a good condition for safe flying.

I am still building PC boards and units for the Pmag electronic ignition but have closed down the rotary unit production.

So mostly staying home and trying to stay out of trouble there.

Glad to hear you and Tupper are doing well.

Ed

Hi Ed,
Long time no hear! Hope you're doing well. Things are going ok here at Slobovia; I *might* even fly the rotary -7 this year.
