As I said in that thread, it's difficult to believe that less than 1 sq in of intake area can flow enough air to make 160 HP. Barring some order-of-magnitude increase in efficiency, it'll take as much air in that engine to make 160 HP as it does in a car engine, or a Lyc 320, or a rotary. The transfer porting between the rotors *looks* pretty restrictive, too, but engineers could probably analyze that much more capably than I can.
