I thought Ed's Workbook was the Cooling Excel spreadsheet I got from Charlie.

I could attach it here but would rather Ed do that to make sure we get the "latest and greatest".

I will never claim to have all the answers but I have managed to get my installation to operate at cruise settings with an OAT of 100F and a cruise speed of only 100 mph.
