Of course, everything's a compromise, but I'll take the quieter, cooler exhaust, along with the 10-15 lbs less weight and an additional 20-30 HP over the best stock NA 13B. Obviously, the 13B can be pumped up a lot more with mods, but it's hardly fair to compare the engine to the twin turbo version of the 13B. I really wish they'd kept the 3rd gen body & inserted the Renesis engine. If they had, I'd go looking for one as a daily driver. Group,
=C2=A0 =C2=A0 =C2=A0This is what we are= trying to do............This is junk O-540 crankcase with the "Vans&q= uot;=C2=A0 RV10 mount ring bolted to the top mount "Ears" and a R= X8 Renesis front
cover and waterpump in proper position of the O-= 540 crankshaft shaft to see if the Mazda 13B / 20B will fit in the confines= of the mount ring............The=C2=A0 alternator=C2=A0
mount on= top=C2=A0of the Renesis cover has been removed and alternator will have to= be relocated............Hope the photo is small enough to send to the foru= m..........
