I have a belly-slung Aero Turbine 2525 connected to a long 2.5" exhaust pipe, fish-mouthed with bottom perforations.
It is by no means quiet but the exit is now behind the pilot - the fish-mouth removed more bark from the exhaust than the Aero Turbine did.
