This is my plenum design.Have build it with a flanged inspection plate.To open and closed it for inspections
The plenums volume is 2,5 x the intake runners volume.
The length of the runners can be tunned 20 - 24 inch depending on the actual settings after test running.

WIth limited RV-4 cowling space (about 12" from engine to cowl side) and trying to keep it simple, what would you say is most important: getting the tube as long as possible or the distance to the airbox wall?

I gues I'm shooting for 7,500 RPM best power.

Cast the epoxy resin in a silicone mold.

Now must cover the stacks?? in carbon fiber braid and vacuum bagged it.
