OK, put the sail switch on the outlet side and have it drop out the relay on a no flow, or low flow condition.
Pump never over heats. Reset the relay to regain flow after clearing the inlet.
I used to build custom "Heat transfer packages" for large buildings.

                 No we have to reset the pump manually as the usual cause is blockages in the suction.  They have to be removed and then reset.  The temp rise is in the pump and the motor is always fine after it has cooked the pump as usual.
