Or perhaps you are down under?  Marvel Mystery oil mixed with some light engine oil might be a good option.  Sorry I have no idea about the answer to your diesel question.

 I was just wondering how much would be required to be equivelent lubrication value for apex seals as oil. Think maybe 10% diesel would be enough, pretty sure thats not enough to cause problems anyway. Need a ground based rotary as a test mule.

2 stoke oil is $200 for 20L here. About US$27/gal, No Walmarts here.
