I don’t know if that one was in TX, but I have kit # 3 that I was trying to put a Mazda 20B in that is located near Austin. I either need to take on a partner or sell(?) the kit.
I’m 86 and need to clean out the garage so my kids don’t have to.
Have all the parts, on the gear, no cockpit and not much fwf.

I think that is Russ Kotlarek’s Seawind. From memory, I think he died in a crash in his Lake Amphib but my memory gets worse all the time.

Does anyone know if this rotary powered Seawind has ever flown? Hopefully the pilot is mucho careful since that airframe has killed way too many pilots vs. the number a/c finished and flown...
