This is a great shot. Which brings up something else non-rotary related. How many of you have POV camera mounts on your aircraft? And if you do can you share photos of the mount?
Long ago when POV/action cams first came out I bought a Contour GPS as it had a far better aerodynamic form factor than GoPro. As well it has a built in GPS to draw a track alongside the video ( a feature that is not as cool as it sounds), and it also was the first to have Bluetooth control over the camera from your phone. My thought was to mount this on my plane as well as boat, gun, every helmet, etc. As a long time DSLR shooter, I quickly fell out of love with the whole POV idea, but there are times when they are still able to capture some pretty unique points of view, so I haven't completely dismissed the idea of mounting it on the plane.
Does anybody have some mounting ideas that they'd like to share?
