It is the yellow wire on the trailing coil assembly that is the tach drive signal.  I never looked at the signal but I used it to drive an analog car tach setup for a 4 cyl. Engine on my first installation.

Subject: [FlyRotary] Tach signal

I would like to use the tach signal from the lead igniter I believe is present on the yellow with blue tracer wire.

Does anyone know what this signal is?  Is it a 12volt pulse?  How many pulses would represent a complete revolution?

Thanks for any help
