If you're using ATC style fuses, these might be worth a look.

If you look at the trip time vs overload %, they act pretty much like a regular circuit breaker instead of a fast blow fuse, and they fit a regular ATC fuse block.

Won't fix a bad pump, but if you get a higher capacity regulator & make sure your pumps are ok, they should solve nuisance trips.

Steve, I don't place a lot of confidence in the accuracy of my fuel pressure gauge as it's only 1.25 inch diameter - more of a yes there is fuel pressure indicator; however, with either the Airtex or the Walbro's I saw/see a few PSI change from (36-37) one pump on to both (39-40).
With the Airtex I routinely would operate on one pump for cruise and two for take-off and landing.  With the Walbro"s I have been operating both pumps all the time; have checked one pump airborne and there is definitely a slight leaning.
Have never actually measured current draw but as stated a few days ago I am using aircraft grade switched-breakers of 10 Amps for each pump.  Hope this helps.
