Here is one source for the machined pins and the 4 indent crimper, there
are other sources, but these have   worked well for me.

  Has anyone ever suggested if coating the wire ends in "Die-electric
Grease"
before inserting into the pin/socket and crimping would be of help
preventing
possible high resistance corrosion from forming ??.............Inquiring
minds
would like to know !!.............<:)
