With a 6" diameter air feed I can't get the oil over 205F on a 100F day. Climb out temp on most days is around 190F or lower at 38-40" MP. Cruise temps are around 160F during the summer and too cold during the winter. One cross country flight last winter I could not keep oil or water above 140F. I think OAT was in the 20's. Make sure your fuel pressure regulator is tracking 1:1 with boost = pressure. That might explain your steep fuel curve.
