Spin it up in 2nd gear. If you get it running get it up to normal temps and slowly pour in about a pop cans worth of plain old tap water into the throttle body. This will take all of the carbon off of the rotors. Add some 2 cycle oil to the fuel tank and make sure the OMP is working. This is what happens when you burn multigrade dino oil in a rotary. One pop can for each housing for carbed engines. Same for piston engines before an overhaul. Ends all of the scraping and wire brushing. Do this outside with an old towel over the tail pipe.
