Ok guys what is the concocktion for freeing the apex seals in a rotary, ( in a car )?  Through the spark plug holes or in the intake?  Have not done anything yet, but remove plugs & crank to clear chambers.  When car first came in to the shop on the hook, would crank like  no/low  compression, no start.  Cust. comments that has been getting worse by the week as getting colder, ( 130,000 miles ).  David R.
