Joe,
 I would not use the stock Mazda oil cooler mounts in an
aircraft........They are rubber
bonded to metal with no failsafe in case of failure of the bond........I
have seen several
mounts that encapsulate the cooler at the end caps between metal with
rubber or other
cushioning material providing the vibration isolation..........FWIW
