I build a 1 pint one integrated with my header tank. I found that it would frequently overflow with the lose of a small amount of coolant (which would require refurbishment after a few flights). I put a 2 quart plastic overflow bottle and now have no coolant lost. Ed Anderson > Moral of the story: Use a coolant recovery bottle larger than 1 quart. I > just installed a 1.5 liter bottle.
