Would this be a Powersport or Marcotte PSRU.

The engine appears to be mated to the four  bed mounts of a stock
motor mount for Continental or?

I couldn't find out who did the work so far on the installation.
Aircraft is from maybe Arizona. Anyone heard of it before?
