Hi, Ed....thanks for the information.  I do have a regulator....it
is at the opposite end of the fuel rail (opposite from where the high
pressure fuel enters the rail from the pump), and after the regulator, the
fuel returns to the sump tank.
    I will look at the feasibility of squeezing another pump and plumbing
near the first pump.  Thanks again for your input and advice, Ed.   Paul
