The internal parts of the gear driven '86 CAS would be very difficult to use with the Renesis eccentric shaft trigger wheel. I can definitely space the single tooth CAS further from the trigger wheel to try to reduce the
small signals it is picking up from the 12 teeth.

Or a little more space between #2 CAS and the 12 tooth wheel to eliminate the negative waveform?

Have you tried swapping out the second Renesis CAS with an 86 CAS.
