Get out your ball peen hammer and start beating on the metal you
wish to streach. Round and round you go, Keep the pressure on the
expander. Believe it or not the metal will streach, just not as fast as you
would like.

for the interesting tip. I can imagine that really would work, and I sure
wouldn't have thought of it. Looks like I'll be using 321 ss for a new
flange now, so the hole will fit the pipe, rather than the other way
around.
