Marc,
The stock Chevrolet 5.7 TB is about 10mm bigger than the stock 5.0 Ford unit.  I went a bit bigger and bought a Holley 104mm high-performance Ford unit.  It was pricey, but nice and light.  Since you're building a 20B, I'm not sure a 5.0 Ford or LS1 TB will provide adequate flow.  If you're interested, I still have my LS1 TB that I would let go for $25.

off a V-6 Toyota.

        I just went down to the wreckers to find mine and coincidentally the one that I chose is from a Ford 5.0 liter Triton. It has worked very well and was easy to adapt to my installation.
