I need to look into that further Bobby.

It seems cheaper.  How much do I need a GPS??  I need to mount the camera on
the tie down at the tail of the plane and the shape of the Contour is more
"aerodynamic" than the GoPro.  The mount also seems more stable, but I am
guessing at that.

Bill,

I believe the latest GoPro model has an external mic jack.

Wouldn't a typical smart phone do all of that?
