I built a plane with a steel tube frame, so I had a lot of pieces of tube with different dimeters and wall thicknesses.  It was trivial to find a size that the injectors would squeeze into.  Then I used a washer instead of a cutting wheel in my tube cutter to add a shoulder.  It is what I'm using as the receptacle in my manifold.  I'm using the stock fuel rails, but it would have been a simple matter to weld the sockets onto a 3/8" tube to make a rail.
