This probably won't be of much interest to airplane builders but I just got a new version of the engine controller (EC4) in production.   It was developed for the airboat and car guys but might be of use for builders doing engine test stands.

It only has a single controller (no backup) but does have the closed loop and self programming features of the latest EC3 software and cost is about 1/3.  Still has the serial data link for use with EM3 or Ed's FF & MAP display gadget.
