They all read the ambient temp and are probably within 3 degrees. That is two OAT sensors, two oil temp sensors, water temp, two aux air temps, etc. My EGTs seem high as well, but the highest I have seen is 1775. They usually run around 1700. I think 1600 or so is the lowest I have seen. Never in the 15s. I am going to try Bobby's suggestion and crank the rpm back to 1700 on the prop and see what that does for it. When the engine is stone cold, the egt's read about 230 degrees, which I assume is normal because the sensors are meant to operate at a much higher temperature. Any thoughts?
