   Thank you for the compliment.
   
   The primary reason for selling is that my mission has changed, the RV is just too much airplane for my new plan. I am still a big proponent of the rotary engine for aviation, and believe it has much merit. 
   Part of my mission change is that I will no longer be able to build a runway here at my home as originally planned. So the RV would have to be hangered at an airport, and in my case, thats just not a great option.
   I also don't travel as I had once planned, and now with three little children. I won't be traveling with my wife anytime soon. I just don't need a 200 MPH airplane to fly 30 miles for pancakes.
