Any rpm where the engine & drive train is running smoothly is OK.   Mine
starts to get into the resonant point of the drivetrain around 800 - 900
rpm but I have idle adjusted to around 1600 so I don't ever feel the rattle
and vibration of the resonant point in normal operation.
