Seattle, I changed out the smaller v drive pulley for a 3 inch poly V belt
pulley that they had available there. The whole deal was about $140 iirc.
By the way, I like your intake manifold. It is configured and looks like
mine, but the execution is much neater.

Chrissi,
You may want to check out the Honda "SR20 power steering pulley" to
use as an oversized alternator pulley. I used two of these for a
while until I switched to the Renesis water pump and crank pulleys.
They are 4" OD. They have splines in the shaft bore that will need to
be removed, but other than that, they worked fine. They are steel, so
they are bit heavier than their aluminum counterparts. I bought mine
off ebay for < $20.
