I was also looking at the aluminum PS pulley I have from an aftermarket
supplier, probably the same configuration as the steel one. We made 15 of the
aluminum ones so we are good for now =)

You may want to check out the Honda "SR20 power
steering pulley" to use as an oversized alternator pulley. I used two
of these for a while until I switched to the Renesis water pump and crank
pulleys. They are 4" OD. They have splines in the shaft bore that
will need to be removed, but other than that, they worked fine. They
are steel, so they are bit heavier than their aluminum counterparts.
I bought mine off ebay for < $20.
